aOur prices vary, every situation and every company’s needs are different, but we would love to understand more about what you need and provide you with a price quote.

How long does it normally take to receive support / services?

aWe have various levels of response time for technical support, depending on which level of support you elect.

As far as website design goes, it is a first come first serve basis and we can build most simple informational websites in one day if all content is provided. However, eCommerce and more complicated designs can take much longer, depending on the customer’s needs.

What does the web design process look like?

aWe will make the design process as simple as possible for you. We have a very detailed questionnaire that will help us to understand your needs. From there we can provide a quote and get straight to work. You will have access to the site that is in progress throughout the entire process, so you can be involved, if you want.

What happens if one of our computers has an issue?

aOur first line of defense is a good offense, we will constantly monitor and manage your devices to ensure that preventative maintenance will eliminate downtime. In the event that a device still has an issue you will have a help desk icon installed on your device from which you can launch and initiate a troubleshooting ticket.
